Our Classes




ELEVATE
These classes are where all the coaching and learning takes place. This 60 minute class runs Mon - Fri with each day having a different focus to develop particular elements in the never ending fitness jigsaw.

Want to learn, develop your technique, increase strength, power & speed, while also enhancing your endurance - then get to this class!
ACCELERATE
A full body 30 minute metcon style workout which is based around the conditioning machines combined with high volume strength work.
This class is always sure to push you to your limits, but it is programmed so that all ability levels can enjoy the class.
PILATES
Pilates has something for everyone! If done consistently you will reap the benefits in simple daily tasks, your resistance training & your recovery.
